Best way to Pay!
The most secure and fastest way for you to pay is by PayPal. Even you can choose to pay by Bank Transfer we recommend paying by PayPal.
Print-Voucher or e-Voucher
After successfully process of booking and payment we will send you the Tour/Activity-Voucher to your referred email address. You can print out or keep it on your mobile phone.
When picking you up at the hotel you have to present the printed Voucher or e-Voucher to the staff (or driver) at the beginning of your Tour/Activity.
(We recommend to do a screenshot of your e-Voucher on you phone as long as you have WiFi from you hotel.) You will find your schedule pickup time on your Voucher.
Amendments & Cancellation of Tours, Trips and Activities
Amendment for your Tour/Activity is Free of Charge if we receive your request 24 hours (for Group-Tour/Activity) and 48 hours (for Privat-Tour/Activity) before time of departure of your Tour/Activity. We will take great effort to make you happy to find a alternative solution.
Please understand that any cancellation is only accepted 24 hours (for Group-Tour/Activity) and 48 hours (for Privat-Tour/Activity) before time of departure of your Tour/Activity. The cancellation fee will be 100 THB each person.
