The locals believe this water is beneficial for health and especially for the skin. In the Hot Springs you will feel deeply cleansed and relaxed after a nicely bath in the hot mineral springs.
Explore the tropical lowland rain forest of Khaopra – Bangkhram. This rainforest is home to rare species of birds like Gurney’s Pitta, Rufous-collared Kingfisher and Black Hornbill. A short walk through mangroves and peat swamp forest takes you to the well known Emerald Pool and Blue Lagoon. Here you can enjoy swimming in the blue natural crystal-clear water. You can stroll around through the lush and fragrant jungle and swim in another crystal clear and mineral enriched pool.
Before we head over to the Tiger cave Temple a delicious Thai lunch in a local restaurant is waiting for you. There you have a rest for some leisure time before we head over to the Tiger cave Temple.
At the end of the day we visit the truly amazing Wat Tham Sua (Tiger Cave Temple), one of the most famous monasteries of Southern Thailand. You can get in touch with monks and there homes and see how they live in the beautiful surroundings and natural serenity of the caves. If you’re feeling up to the task, you are welcome to try out the 1237 steps to the top of this temple mountain and experience one of the most breathtaking views in Thailand. This phenomenal view overlooks lush forest, limestone karsts, and magnificent ocean. Or, for the less energetic, just enjoy watching the playful monkeys, which lives in harmony with the local people.

Remarks
Kindly note that the temple requires everyone to dress respectfully, please wear shirt that cover shoulders and shorts that cover your kneecaps. Sarong can be rented at the temple for a small fee. Breakfast is not included.
